Kenforth Wealthmaker
Wealthmaker is an international single premium whole of life variable unit linked investment bond. Known as a Private Placement Life Insurance Policy (PPLI), it is a perfect international flexible savings and protection arrangement for individuals, families, corporations and succession planning arrangements, such as trusts, foundations and limited partnerships.
The policy holder can choose from a range of custodians and discretionary investment managers to set the investment strategy from the outset and this can be reviewed and changed over time. Available with a minimum of £250,000 or currency equivalent, it can also be “topped up”.
Multiple lives can be covered and added to the contract allowing the policy to span generations. Upon the death of the last assured life, a benefit of the value of the life fund plus $100 will be paid.
Partial surrenders can be taken at any time and non-bankable assets such as private company shares can be held. The policy can be used as an asset to assist in the arrangement of borrowing.
